Tyreus Hosting Network

The following information adheres to when in usage of any of the Tyreus
Hosting Network services. These include, but are not limited to:
- Tyreus Hosting Services
- Tyreus IRC Services
- Tyreus Online Bulletin Board Service
- Tyreus Online Support and Personal Communication Services
- Accessing Tyreus Private Services
By accessing any of the Services of the Tyreus Network, you are legally
bound to all requirements of this documentation. The qualifications to be
‘Accessing’ the Services are made clear in the details of each
section relative to its services provided. Failure to recognize the legal
binding will result in ANY or ALL of the legal action following:
- Termination of any, or all, services provided from the provider, Tyreus
Hosting Network, to you, the User.
- All Data contained in any form, of copyright or not, held on any of the
Tyreus Hosting Network Services, will be remove and terminated, without any
right for recollection.
- All funds transferred to the Tyreus Hosting Network in a form of
donation, or prepayment for Services will not be refunded.
- Any resources offered or put within the Tyreus Hosting Network will be
nullified and void. If any payment is pending on these services, which were
in any shape or form communicated with the Tyreus Hosting Network as a
carrier, will be voided on requiring payment.
- Removal of permission to access any services through an IP, Subnet, or
Gateway Ban. Any local residents who lose access to the Tyreus Network as a
result of this are on the liability of the one who is the committee of the
ban. This can be temporary or permanent.
- Communication of other networks to notify of the failure to adhere to the
Terms of Service to aid in preventing future incidents occurs of similar
matters to other groups.
- Communication of either, or both, Local Authorities to the Tyreus Hosting
Network, of the user who fails to adhere to the Terms of Service, and/or
the International Authorities that qualify to the situation of your failure
to adhere.
All of these options of action apply to usage in the failure to adhere to a
Terms of Service Agreement. Any other offenses not outlined as part of the
Terms of Service are clarified by the Tyreus Hosting Network and will receive
action that can include any of the above, but not limited to them.
The Service Provider, Tyreus Hosting Network, has full rights at any time to
deny access, or apply any action to users of the Tyreus Hosting Network that is
necessary at the time, and place without prior warning or permission.
The following Sections will outline the qualifications of violation of this
Terms of Service, and the qualifications of being legally bound to them.
Section I: Tyreus Hosting
Services
You, the User, have full privilege to access and enjoy the services provided
by the Tyreus Hosting Network. These services include the Tyreus Hosting
Services. The following outlines the Terms of using the Tyreus Hosting
Services, and the qualifications of legal binding to them.
To be legally bound to the following terms of service, you must have ONE of
the following qualifications labeled below:
- Have an Active, Inactive, Frozen, Canceled, or Discontinued (in any form)
Web Based Hosting Account, provided by the Tyreus Hosting Network.
- Have an Active, Inactive, Frozen, Canceled, or Discontinued (in any form)
Online Bulletin Board Account
- Have applied for usage of the Tyreus Hosting Services
If one of, or more of the above qualifications are met, you are bound to the
following Terms of Service:
The Policies Good Natured Usages, Legality of Use, and Truthfulness all
apply to the Bulletin Board Service as well as the Hosting Services
A. Good Natured Usage: Using the Tyreus Hosting Services means you agree to
have no offensive, hatred, anti-Semitic, racist, or in any way, shape, or form,
of bad nature to another human being. The United States Government clarifies a
promotion of the First Amendment, but Tyreus Hosting Network obliges only to
carry out these wishes so long as no one is offended or hurt in the process.
B. Legality of Use: By using the Tyreus Hosting Services, you agree to carry
out no illegal operations what-so-ever. Any Illegal Activity is classified as
the following:
- Hosting of Illegal, Cracked, Warez, or other files
- Infringing of any National or International Copyrights, or Patents.
- Impersonation of another being.
- Fraud
- Usage of the site as Peer to Peer Gateway to share illegal files
- Discussion of Illegal activities
- Demonstration in any form, of illegal practice, intentions, or
thought.
- Any action determined Illegal by both the United States Government, and
Government of the Service User’s location, and by maturity standards
of the general Internet Communities.
C. Usage of Hosting: When using the Tyreus Hosting Service, you must abide
to use the hosting service in a respectful and mature manner. Using the Hosting
Services requires you to have the following.
- An English, PG or below Rated, Index/Entry Page
- If your site is NSFW or of Non-English Origin, a warning page must
qualify to the above.
- Usage of the hosting must be for Web Hosting purposes that are legal and
of good nature.
- Hosting the site for the purpose of file sharing, whether legal or not,
is not permitted.
- Using Illegal, or Illegally obtained, scripts, or carrying dangerous or
malicious scripts within the site is not permitted.
- Serving the site as a storage center, or site for carrying data, and no
other purpose is not permitted.
- Carrying a Proxy Script system on the Website is not permitted.
- Using your site for the purpose of collecting and/or storing statistical
data, is in no way permitted
- Any form of Adult Content that is only suitable for those over the age of
Eighteen, specifically Pornography, is not permitted
- The site must be properly built, and be of a standard determined by the
Tyreus Hosting Network
D. Acquisition of Hosting: Any ways of acquiring Hosting in the Tyreus
Hosting Network must apply to ONE OR MORE of the following methods. It must be
only of these methods:
- Through the Tyreus ‘Post 2 Host’ Services
- As Compensation of providing the Tyreus Hosting Network goods and/or
services
- Through Agreement, or outside compensation of the Tyreus Hosting Network,
made through the Chief Executives of the Tyreus Hosting Network.
- Through gift of the Tyreus Hosting Network, being unrelated to any
contests
- Through prize of the Tyreus Hosting Network through a Tyreus Hosting
Network Contest, or affiliated Contest sponsored, or supported by the
Tyreus Hosting Network Publically.
Using any other methods not mentioned above will nullify and void your
hosting, as well as violate this legal contract.
E. Proper Domains: When using the Tyreus Hosting Network, only the domains
.biz .ca .cc .com .co.cc .co.uk .eu .info .mobi .net .org .org.uk .uk .us .tv
.ws may be used in any attachment to your Tyreus Hosting Network Hosting
Account. As an alternative to a Domain, you may use a subdomain provided by the
Tyreus Hosting Network.
F. Truthfulness: Being a user of the Tyreus Hosting Network requires a
trustworthy connection between you the User, and our network of Administrators.
Under our Privacy Policies, all data given to us always remains confidential to
the Administrators, unless directed otherwise by the Terms of Service [See
Above regarding action that is taken in violating the Terms of Service]. Your
information will not be sold or sent to any Third Parties, and will only be
used to solve issues that arise while using our services. Lying about any
qualities of you to the Tyreus Hosting Network, or any other users of the
Tyreus Hosting Network, is not permitted at all. Having a Pseudonym, however,
is perfectly acceptable so long as you give your actual name when requested by
the Tyreus Hosting Network.
All Information Obtained through request by the Tyreus Hosting Network is
under protection of our Privacy Policies. It will only be obtained and used for
the purpose of solving issues that arise in the Tyreus Hosting Network while
you are in use of any of its services.
Anything not mentioned is still applicable on a final decision of the Tyreus
Hosting Network Administration.
Section II: Tyreus IRC Services
You, the User, have right to access the Tyreus IRC Services. The Tyreus IRC
Services are supported by the IRC Freenode Service and all issues with their
Terms of Service of Accessing the Freenode IRC network should be directed to
them.
The legal binding to Tyreus IRC Services applies when you enter the #Tyreus
Channel of the Tyreus IRC Services IRC Channel on Irc.Freenode.Net.
While on the IRC Server and Channel, you are to abide to the following
Terms:
- Abide and Listen to any requests of the channel administrators and
owners
- Maintain healthy, clean language at PG/PG13 Level
- Not post any links that lead to illegal, Unsafe, NSFW, or any other forms
of dangerous sites.
- Links to sites containing Warez, or illegal Data/Statistics.
- Not to Excessively type [Or Spam] while using the service
- Be aware of all Freenode IRC rules and regulations while in the
channel.
When Navigating away from the #tyreus IRC Channel, these Terms of Service
are nullified and the Freenode Terms of Service take priority.*
*If you are physically still in the channel, these Terms of Service still
apply, even if the issue arises in another channel or in a query
The Tyreus Hosting Network has no right to deny access of any other parts of
the Freenode IRC Network, except for the specific Tyreus Section.
Anything not mentioned is still applicable on a final decision of the Tyreus
Hosting Network Administration.
Section III: Tyreus Online Bulletin Board
Service
You, the User, have right to access the Tyreus Online Bulletin Board
Service, but must adhere to prior warning given upon these Terms of Service,
and the actual requirements you must follow.
The Following is Prior Warning to accessing the Tyreus Online Bulletin Board
Service, please be advised of the following content may appear while using the
service, [and if illegal or in violation] may not have been deleted yet by
Administration:
- Offensive Content toward any Gender, Age, Race, Religion, Sex, or other
form of identification
- Vulgarity, Obscenity through language, or any form of verbal assault or
aggravation to other users, or people, on the Service.
- Inappropriate, Gore, or Sexual Suggestive/Pornographic Content in form of
written or actual imagery
- Discussion of topics that may be only of healthy discussion for those
over the age of seventeen, or those who know are mature enough for it.
- Any other content not appropriate for those of the under the age of
seventeen. Pornography is not included as it is a violation of the Terms of
Service.
The Following warning has been issued above, and below is the legal binding
that marks you under acceptance of both the warning and Terms of Service that
apply to the Tyreus Online Bulletin Board Service.
- Navigation of the Bulletin Board beyond the index page
- Registration to the Tyreus Bulletin Board Service with, or without
intention of usage.
- Possession of an Active, Inactive, Frozen, Canceled, or Discontinued (in
any form) Web Based Hosting Account, provided by the Tyreus Hosting
Network.
- Possession of an Active, Inactive, Frozen, Canceled, or Discontinued (in
any form) Tyreus Bulletin Board Service Account
- Examination of any data beyond the Tyreus.com Index Page, and Bulletin
Board Index Page.*
*The Index Page may still contain data as marked by the Forewarning, and
Tyreus is not liable of your decision to view it into detail, leaving the index
page. The only page you can read in detail without liability to the Terms of
Service, is the Specified ToS, or Terms of Service Page on the site.
And below is the fully detailed Terms of Service for accessing the Tyreus
Online Bulletin Board Service.
A. Registration: In order for qualification to consider, or actually apply
to Register to the Tyreus Online Bulletin Board Service, you must agree to the
following:
- Be of, or older than the age of Thirteen, due to our adherence of the
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), you must be
of or over Thirteen, or has a written, parental consent that is filed in
the form of a written Form you must print out, and re-scan to the Tyreus
Hosting Network.
- Have a working, contactable, and accessible email account to receive
Administrative information.
- Have only positive or helpful intentions for the Tyreus Hosting Network.
Anyone Registrations with negative, or intentions to damage the status or
reputation, or any services of the Tyreus Hosting Network will be in
Violation of the Terms of Service.
- Be Mature enough to have tolerance of possibly offensive material within
the Bulletin Board System.
- Be willing to submit, if necessary, personal information such as Full
Name, Country/State of Residence, Age, Email Address, or any other
information deemed necessary in order to assist with disputes that occur
with the Tyreus Hosting Network as a First Party [Being Directly Involved]
or a Second Party [Being only affiliated with the involved parties as they
contacted each other at some point from our Services]*
B. Account Usage: In order to use your account, you must adhere to the
Tyreus Hosting Network Rules and Regulations in their Bulletin Board System,
which are as followed:
- Respectful Attitude, Tolerance, and Consideration between yourself, and
any other parties that use or control the Tyreus Online Bulletin Board
System
- Constructive context of posts, ‘Spamming,’
‘Trolling’, or ‘Flaming’ are all classifications of
unconstructive context of posts made. Going off the topic or idea of the
thread for prolonged periods also qualifies.
- Profanity or any content offensive to any other parties in use or control
of the Tyreus Online Bulletin Board System. This includes, but isn’t
limited to: Cursing, Mature Content, abusing filters Offensive nature to
other Users and Parties.
- Any form of excessive, unconstructive posting [Spamming] in excess of
zero posts.
- Reviving aged topics beyond 7 days without permission of an
Administrative Officer or by the Rule System.
- Owning Duplicate Accounts upon the Tyreus Online Bulletin Board Service,
or any other Services
- Posting, Uploading, or spreading any Illegal, Copyrighted, or content of
any kind you are not allowed to post or spread is not permitted.
- In conjunction to the previous rule, any extremely mature content for
those over the age of 18, or that is extremely disgusting or offensive is
not permitted. Content that is minor in this factor requires forewarning
with a tag such as [NSFW] and needs to be external of the Tyreus Hosting
Network.
- Arguing with Administrative Officers of Locked, Removed, or Re-Opened
Topics after their final word is given on the situation.
C. The Marketplace: The Tyreus Hosting Network does provide a Marketplace,
but there are regulations in place when in use of it.
- When accessing the Marketplace or a service/good within it, if you have
the intention of ‘Window Shopping’ and not making any
purchases, you have no right to criticize content in the Marketplace unless
you are an Administrative Officer.
- All Content uploaded is immediately a Second Party to the Tyreus Hosting
Network.
- All Content must not be Illegal, in violation of any Terms of Service,
Local, or International Government laws.
- You have no guarantee of payment while offering Services. When offering
demos, or examples, you must offer them so long as the interested party has
intention of buying services if the demos or examples are to their standard
or acceptance. If you suspect foul play, you can Contact a Legal Team
Member.
- Although the Tyreus Hosting Network does not protect services and goods
offered within the Marketplace, we will intervene if asked to or
voluntarily if we feel it is necessary for the benefit of the parties.
Lying to Administrative Officers in the process is a violation of the Terms
of Service under your policy of being Trustworthy.
A Legal Team Member specializes in settling disputes in the Marketplace, but
all Administrative Officers may intervene and make final decisions. If you want
to start a dispute, first contact a legal member.
D. Other Information:
- Leaving the site does not unbind you from the Terms of Service, but they
do not apply beyond the Specified Service.
- Usage of any internal services is at your own discretion, and can be
intervened by the Tyreus Hosting Network at Any Time
- Tyreus Hosting Network always reserves the right apply policies into
effect not listed here, but must offer the offending user to change from
his error without penalty due to being acted without warning.

the purpose of solving issues that arise in the Tyreus Hosting Network while
you are in use of any of its services.
Section IV: Tyreus Online Support and Personal
Communication Services
You, The User reserve the right for private conversations between other
users, without infraction from other users or Administrative Officers. All
Content contained within them is declared private information, and may never be
accessed by the Tyreus Hosting Network unless there is a belief of severe
infraction or disturbance within the content of the private messages. Only then
do we have permission to access this information, and all of it is contained
under our Privacy Policy.*
*All Information Obtained through request by the Tyreus Hosting Network is
under protection of our Privacy Policies. It will only be obtained and used for
the purpose of solving issues that arise in the Tyreus Hosting Network while
you are in use of any of its services.
Section V: Tyreus Private Services
You, the User, if involved in any Private services between other users, but
apply it as a situation likewise mentioned in the Marketplace Section, if goods
or services are involved. If the situation takes place between the Tyreus
Hosting Network, we hold right and liability to intervene if issues arise in
the situation. You must accept Tyreus Hosting Network intervention no matter
the situation.
Section VI: Tyreus Hosting Network Personal
Rights
The Tyreus Hosting Network, No matter the Service, no matter the situation,
reserves the right to the following, as labeled and declared here by the Terms
of Service.
- To cease any services at any moment without explanation or prior warning.
This includes the Five major Services, and any subservices that are filed
under them.
- To deny right to access, or use any of the Tyreus Hosting Network
services, to any user or group, without explanation or prior warning.
- To terminate personal permission, access, or possession of any Tyreus
Hosting Network Services, without explanation or prior warning.
- To access privately labeled data for use in Tyreus Hosting Network
disputes and situations without permission of the owner, so long as the
data remains used only for the current dispute. It must be archived and
unused until needed in the future, and cannot be used to declare a bias
opinion on the owner of the data.
- To remove access of any other services, due to action that you made in a
different service, making all of your actions registered over the
network.
- To not offer replacement, or compensation for loss of data, resources,
etc. in the process of any actions taken.
- To not provide payment for services or goods if there is malicious
activity involved in the process of the transaction, or the data is
copyrighted by another agency. Likewise the Tyreus Hosting Network has no
permission to use the data unless it is given to them by the copyright or
original owner/creator.
- To modify, change, or alter these Terms of Service, or any other
documents of legal or non legal nature, without explanation or prior
warning.
